For orders and delivery to NEW ZEALAND please ring 00-61-03 9041-6125. Shipping costs apply - 1 pair of shoes approx. $30.00AU, 2 pair approx.  $45.00AU (for full priced shoes or orders over $100AU deduct free shipping of $16AU from these costs)

We have a free shipping promotion for orders of more than $100.  Just insert the code FREESHIP when checking out in coupon section.

For orders of less than $100 the shipping cost is $16. We can ship 2 pairs of shoes using a Toll-Ipec Priority Satchel.  Larger orders will be shipped as below.

Delivery Information - Orders are processed Monday to Friday with deliveries leaving within 2-3 business days.  Larger orders will be delivered by Direct Freight or Vic Express (Toll Ipec) - all our preferred carriers. Delivery is made during office hours to your door, either at work (preferred) or your home address. Please have alternative arrangements in place, marked in the delivery section, if you cannot ensure someone will be present at home. Eg. a secure place to leave parcel

If you would prefer to collect your shoes from either our Coburg or Moonee Ponds factory outlets, please contact us by phone on 03 9077-8955 to make arrangements.

Important information:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • It's worth pointing out that we pick, pack and process your order as quickly as possible once you have clicked the BUY NOW button. This helps us to ship your goods ASAP. Due to this we are unable to make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, colours, sizes or removing items from your order unless you directly ring the order department on 03 9041-6125. If the item has not been dispatched then we will attempt to make changes if possible.
  • Items dispatched in the Toll Ipec Satchels do not require a signature to be left. A secure point for leaving item should be nominated. Direct Freight and Vic Express will require a signature.
  • For standard Australian deliveries, if you are not available at the address specified when the courier delivers your product, your product will be left in a secure place.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable except for manufacturing faults.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund.
